We love our fruits!

Fruits are high in vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Bonus: They are also high in antioxidants. What are antioxidants you ask? Antioxidants protect your cells from damage, and as a result, can protect you from heart disease, cancers and other diseases.

So--why not get some delicious fruits in this way!

Ingredients:

Strawberries and/or raspberries

Blueberries

Vanilla or other fruit yogurt (optional)

Directions:

Wash your berries!

Cut each strawberry into thirds, using the center piece for the kebob.

Place each strawberry face down.

First, gently push a strawberry to the bottom of the kebob stick. Adding a strawberry first sets a good base!

Then, you can follow with a blueberry or two!

Then, you can add another strawberry or raspberry or two if you have them

Continue to add your fruit until the kebob stick is full!

Before you know it, you have created a beautiful fruit kebob!

For extra flavor, you can add vanilla or fruit yogurt to your kebobs.

We hope all of you have a Wonderful holiday!
